That 90s Tarot is a pop-culture inspired deck based on the Rider Waite Smith system. Created by Kristi Prokopiak, this deck has a wonderful blend of familiar celebrities to represent the major arcana and court cards, and collaged pips to fill in the suits of wands, cups, swords and pentacles.
