Packaging

Down Crows Road is proud to say that all shipping materials are fully recyclable! Being environmentally conscious is a high priority, so we have put in the extra time and effort to source only materials that are environmentally friendly and able to be reused, recycled, or are compostable. The only exception to this is any initial packaging of the decks; to keep the integrity and to ensure for our customers that these decks are brand new, authentic, untouched and have come straight from the artist/creator, we allow the original shrink wrapping or any additional packaging to remain.

Presentation is important to us, so when you receive your package, we hope that opening your little box of goodies is as wonderful an experience as it is playing with your new items! All decks and items will be sent to you in a box, thoughtfully padded with shredded kraft paper and made to be as safe as possible whilst in transit with the deck secure in green wrap.

Costs

While we are an Australian-based store, we do offer all products we host to customers worldwide. All shipping costs have been calculated to be inclusive of the materials used to keep us plastic-free, and to retain our lovely flat rates within Australia and New Zealand, without worrying about how many items you add to your cart!

For Australian orders over $100, standard post is free! This discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

Australia

Standard Post: $9 AUD
Express Post: $18 AUD

New Zealand

Standard Shipping: $20 AUD

International

Standard Shipping: $35 AUD, plus $10 AUD for each additional item.
For all orders outside of Australia and New Zealand, standard shipping starts at $35 AUD and increases by $10 AUD per item.

Shipping & Delivery

All shipping from Australia will be done through Australia Post. All items will be shipped out within 3 business days from receiving confirmation of your order. As we are an Australian based store, business days/hours may vary.

Because of the current worldwide pandemic of COVID-19 and current delays within postal services, estimates on delivery cannot be made accurately. Express postage items are being made a priority, but are delays may still occur. Please note we at Down Crows Road will do what we can to make sure your order arrives promptly.

Australia

Standard Post: Time estimate for standard post around Australia is between 3 - 7 business days, please allow for up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Express Post: Time estimate for express post around Australia is between 1 - 5 business days, please allow for up to a week for delivery.

New Zealand

Standard Shipping: Time estimate for standard shipping to New Zealand is between 9 - 15 business days, please allow for up to 4 weeks for delivery.

International

Standard Shipping: Time estimate for international shipping is between 10-20 business days, please allow for up to 5 weeks for delivery.

Delays due to weather, holidays or emergencies may be expected. If your package has not arrived within the timeframe suggested above, or you have any worries about the tracking of your parcel, feel free to contact us so we can make inquiries with the delivery company.

Down Crows Road sends orders to the shipping addresses you nominate, and as such does not take any responsibility for typos or mistakes. Please check the information you provide to us carefully, as if it is sent to the incorrect address and is not returned by the recipient, there is little we can do. if you have made a mistake on the order form, please contact us ASAP to ensure we are able to do whatever we can to rectify the issue.

If an item is not claimed and is returned to Down Crows road, the customer is to pay any excess costs to have it posted again, unless in the circumstance where Down Crows Road is at fault.

Damaged, faulty or missing items 

If your package arrives with the incorrect items or something missing, please do contact us! We will ensure the issue is resolved quickly. The same applies if your item arrives damaged or faulty. A damaged or faulty item can be replaced if the item is in stock, or you can return it for a full refund with our apologies. Down Crows Road prides itself on quality control of our products, but unfortunately we do not have control over any printing issues or manufacturing defects, to retain an items new status, we do not open the decks/items received by our independent suppliers to inspect them thoroughly. We understand these sorts of issues can be frustrating, and we will endeavour to do our part to assist and resolve any problems related to this as efficiently as possible. This will be done on a case by case basis.

In the situation where a package has arrived damaged by Australia Post, please contact us immediately so we can lodge an investigation and resolve the issue ASAP.

Any return shipping costs will have to be covered by the customer, and any refund/replacement will be sent out upon arrival of the returned goods to Down Crows Road.

Returns

If the item is unopened in it’s original packaging, the item may be returned within 5 days of being received for a full refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept products that have been opened or lightly used. We do encourage our customers to research and ask any questions regarding decks to ensure confidence in your purchases as Down Crows Road cannot be held responsible for lack of connection or dislike for a deck once it has been opened.

Return shipping costs will have to be covered by the customer, and any refund/replacement will be sent out upon arrival of the returned goods to Down Crows Road.
